Welcome to the first cycle of REV! The application submittal portal is now open. 

The REV application deadline is at 5:00 p.m. on June 17, 2026.  

Before submitting an application, applicants should:  

  1. Review the REV Program Policies.   
  2. Meet with the MPO and FDOT Staff. These scheduled pre-application meetings have already been conducted for REV Cycle 1. 
  3. Review the program's Evaluation Criteria. Applicants should review the MPO Board adopted evaluation criteria to understand how projects will be scored and prioritized.  
  4. Prepare Project Documents. The application process requires applicants to upload a variety of required and supplemental documents. You may review the list posted on the Application Information page and click "Application Checklist."
